For community invitations, trek enquiries, volunteering or website corrections, send a short email. Replies may take a few days; no response time is guaranteed. If you have not heard back after a week, a gentle follow-up is welcome.
For a trek you’ve already registered for, use the coordinator contact in your confirmation for time-sensitive questions.
Your image, your choice.
To request removal of your photograph or testimonial, email us with the page URL and enough information to identify the item. You do not need to explain your decision or send identity documents in the first message. If necessary, we’ll agree a private way to verify the request.
We’ll review the request and remove material under our control. External copies, search caches and content shared by others may need separate requests.
